Arrival in Skardu
• Pickup from Skardu Airport → Visit Shangrila Resort (Lower Kachura Lake) → Upper Kachura Lake (boating optional). • Overnight in Skardu.

Deosai Plains Adventure
• Breakfast → Explore Deosai Plains (2nd largest plateau) → Stop at Sheosar Lake → Wildlife spotting in Deosai National Park. • Return to Skardu for overnight stay.

Shigar Valley Exploration
• Breakfast → Visit Cold Desert & Manthokha Waterfall → Shigar Fort (17th-century) → Amburiq Mosque (oldest in region). • Overnight in Skardu.

Khaplu Heritage Tour
• Breakfast → Drive to Khaplu → Confluence of Shyok & Indus Rivers → Khaplu Fort (19th-century) → Chaqchan Mosque (600 years old). • Return to Skardu for overnight stay.
