10-Day Skardu & Hunza Valley
This breathtaking 10-day journey takes you through the stunning landscapes of northern Pakistan, starting from Balakot and winding through the scenic Naran Valley, where lush meadows and the roaring Kunhar River set the tone for the adventure. The route continues to Chilas, offering glimpses of ancient rock carvings, before ascending to the mesmerizing Skardu, the gateway to some of the world’s highest peaks. From Skardu, the tour leads to the enchanting Hunza Valley, with its terraced fields, majestic forts, and panoramic views of Rakaposhi and Ultar Sar. A highlight of the trip is the exhilarating drive to the Khunjerab Pass (the highest border crossing in the world), where you can witness the rugged beauty of the Karakoram Range. The return journey passes back through Naran before concluding in Islamabad, leaving you with unforgettable memories of Pakistan’s northern wonders. Day 1
Balakot to Chilas
• Travel via Hazara Motorway, stop at Kunhar Waterfall, Kawai Waterfall, and Naran. • Scenic stops: Lulusar Lake, Babusar Pass (or Besham route if closed). • Overnight in Chilas.

Day 2
Chilas to Skardu
• Drive via Jaglot and Astak Nala, arrival in Skardu. • Free time near Shangrila Resort.

Day 3
Skardu & Shigar Valley
• Visit Cold Desert, Blind Lake, Shigar Fort (17th century), and Amburiq Mosque. • Return to Skardu.

Day 4
Khaplu & Manthoka Waterfall
• Explore Manthoka Waterfall, Khaplu Fort, and 600-year-old Chaqchan Mosque. • Stop at Shyok-Indus confluence.

Day 5
Deosai Plains
• Full-day tour: Sadpara Lake, Deosai Top, Sheosar Lake, with views of Nanga Parbat.

Day 6
Skardu to Hunza
• Drive via Gilgit, stop at Rakaposhi Viewpoint. • Explore Karimabad Market, overnight in Hunza.

Hunza Exploration
• Visit Altit & Baltit Forts, Royal Garden, and Eagle Nest for sunset views.

Khunjerab Pass
• Tour Attabad Lake, Passu Cones, Passu Glacier, and Khunjerab Pass (China-Pak border).

Return to Naran
• Drive back via Babusar Pass, overnight in Naran.

• Jeep tour to Saif ul Malook Lake, then depart for Islamabad.
